HandHeldModz is a community-driven enthusiast project originally created ​by Tekgnome and supported by its contributors and the amazing community.

OurHistory

The project originally launched as allymods.com on July 5, 2023, before branching into all things handhelds on June 5, 2024.

On June 23, 2025, the site was hit by a severe attack that brought development and updates to a halt. To preserve community access, all projects and content were archived to GitHub ​on September 15, 2025. After months of recovery work (and some real-life delays), HandHeldModz was fully rebuilt on a secure platform—moving away from exploitable WordPress architecture—and officially relaunched on October 2, 2025.
